Excellent game, very complicated but realistic in many ways. Love the battles and campaign play. Some things can be a bit annoying(such as rebellions), but only for players who have just started and are getting used to
just love this game and alot off the other total wars tho not as keen on the dodgey civil mechanic its so so bogus so using mods is a must to negate this BS n makes game super fun too
This is a lot more enjoyable than later total wars, perhaps it's because it's Rome, but probably more that later versions have too much time spent managing personal conflicts etc than getting into a good battle. The
very good game, the map is very detailed but of course would have loved if it would have been bigger and including more parts of our planet.
