TERMS OF SERVICE FOR SELLERS Version date: 21 March 2026 By visiting, registering on, or accepting an Order through the Platform, the Seller acknowledges that the Seller has read, understood and accepted these Terms of Service for Sellers and agrees to be legally bound by them. 1. About these Terms 1.1 These Terms apply to every Order undertaken by you as a Seller and govern all processes related to the listing, sale and fulfilment of Offers on the Platform. These Terms apply to the exclusion of any other terms that you seek to impose or incorporate, or which are implied by law, trade custom, practice or course of dealing. 1.2 We may amend these Terms from time to time. Any amendment shall become binding upon publication on the Platform or otherwise upon notice to the Seller. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform in the capacity of a Seller. 1.3 These Terms are available exclusively in English. In the event of any translation or inconsistency between language versions, the English version shall prevail. 1.4 Your use of the Platform is also governed by the General Terms and Conditions and the Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms. 2. Definitions 2.1 Capitalised terms used in these Terms and not otherwise defined herein shall have the meanings assigned to them in the General Terms and Conditions. 2.2 For the purposes of these Terms: 2.2(a) "Offer" means a listing created and published by the Seller on the Platform for products, digital goods, accounts and/or services permitted on the Platform; 2.2(b) "Onboarding Process" means the recruitment, verification, testing and account activation process described in Section 4; 2.2(c) "Seller Privileges" means the rights and technical permissions granted by the Platform to create, publish, manage and fulfil Offers on the Platform; 2.2(d) "Inactivity" means a continuous period during which the Seller fails to undertake genuine selling activity on the Platform, including, in particular, by failing to publish, maintain or update Offers, accept Orders, or otherwise actively engage in sales through the Platform. 3. Using the Platform 3.1 The Platform grants the Seller a non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to access the Platform's functionalities for the purpose of creating Offers, selecting or accepting Orders, communicating with Customers and performing the Seller's obligations under these Terms. 3.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and the Platform in relation to the subject matter hereof. You acknowledge that you have not relied on any statement, representation, assurance or warranty that is not expressly set out in these Terms. 3.3 The Seller is strictly prohibited from exploiting technical vulnerabilities, policy gaps or ambiguous wording to circumvent Platform fees, mislead Customers, avoid Platform procedures or otherwise engage in prohibited conduct. Any conduct intended to evade the Platform's rules, even if not expressly listed herein, shall constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in withholding of funds, suspension or termination of the Seller account and/or legal action. 4. How to become a Seller 4.1 In order to become a Seller, you must: 4.1.1 register on the Platform by using the "Become a Seller" function available on the Platform; 4.1.2 successfully complete the Seller account creation process; 4.1.3 provide all information and personal data reasonably requested by the Platform for verification purposes; 4.1.4 accept the Rules, which form an integral part of these Terms; and 4.1.5 complete the test Order and/or any other onboarding requirement specified by the Platform. 4.2 The steps referred to in clause 4.1 constitute the Onboarding Process. 4.3 The Seller may create and publish Offers only after the Platform has confirmed successful completion of the Onboarding Process and granted Seller Privileges. 5. Creating Offers and Seller activity 5.1 Once Seller Privileges are granted, the Seller may create and publish Offers through the Platform. 5.2 When creating an Offer, the Seller shall complete all mandatory fields in the relevant offer creation panel, including the title, description, delivery time, price and available quantity, and shall ensure that all information provided is accurate, complete and not misleading. 5.3 If a Customer purchases an Offer, the Seller shall receive confirmation of the Order by email at the address provided during registration and through the notification tab on the Platform. 5.4 After the Order has been confirmed, the Seller may communicate with the Customer through the Platform chat. 5.5 From the date on which Seller Privileges are granted, the Seller shall have 3 (three) calendar days to upload and publish the initial Offer or Offers intended for listing on the Platform. 5.6 Where the Seller is expected to upload a substantial number of Offers, the period referred to in clause 5.5 may be extended. Any such extended period shall be determined by the Platform during the Onboarding Process and communicated to the Seller individually. 5.7 Failure to comply with clauses 5.5 or 5.6 may constitute grounds for the Platform to review, restrict, suspend or revoke the Seller Privileges, taking into account the circumstances of the case. 5.8 A continuous period of Inactivity of 2 (two) consecutive months shall constitute grounds for the revocation of Seller Privileges by the Platform. 5.9 The Platform shall notify the Seller of any decision to revoke Seller Privileges and shall indicate the principal grounds for such decision. 5.10 The Seller may appeal a decision concerning the revocation of Seller Privileges by submitting a written appeal, including by electronic means, within 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the notice referred to in clause 5.9, via the contact address or support channel designated by the Platform. Each appeal shall be reviewed individually. Submission of an appeal shall not suspend the effectiveness of the revocation decision unless the Platform decides otherwise. 6. The delivery period shall commence upon confirmation of the Customer's payment by the Platform. 6.3 The Customer shall be entitled to seek a refund, cancellation, correction or other remedy available under the Platform rules where the Order is not completed within the delivery time specified by the Seller, or where the delivered product and/or service does not conform to the description or agreed scope of the Offer. 6.4 By accepting these Terms, the Seller acknowledges and agrees that the quality of the products and/or services provided by the Seller may be subject to verification by the Operator or an entity authorised by the Operator, including through mystery shopper methods. 7. Fulfilment of Offers 7.1 Upon confirmation of the Customer's payment, the Seller shall fulfil the Order within the delivery time specified in the relevant Offer. 7.2 After receiving an Order that is consistent with the description of the Offer and the terms agreed between the parties, the Customer shall confirm receipt of the Order through the Platform. 7.3 After the Customer confirms receipt of the Order, the Platform administrators shall transfer the appropriate funds to the Seller's account in accordance with these Terms and any applicable warranty hold period. 7.4 The Customer may contact the Seller via the Platform chat: 7.4(a) before purchasing, in order to obtain additional information about the Offer; and 7.4(b) after purchasing, in order to obtain additional information or report irregularities in connection with the Order. 7.5 The Seller may contact the Customer after the Order has been placed and paid for through the relevant sales panel or other communication functionality made available by the Platform. 7.6 If the Order is only partially fulfilled or does not meet the Customer's requirements, the Platform may, in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the Rules, return the Order to the Seller for completion, order corrective action, reduce payment, or withdraw the Order without compensation to the Seller, as the circumstances may require. 8. Warranty Period 8.1 If the Customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the products and/or services provided, the Customer may request corrections, revisions or a reduction in the price, subject to the General Terms and Conditions and any applicable Platform procedures. 8.2 Any revisions requested by the Customer during the Warranty Period must remain within the scope of the initial instructions and the original description of the Offer. 8.3 If the completed Order does not meet the Customer's initial requirements, the Customer may refuse to accept the Order. 8.4 The duration of the Warranty Period shall be as follows: 8.4(a) 7 (seven) days for Customers without an active subscription; and 8.4(b) 30 (thirty) days for Customers with an active subscription. 8.5 The Warranty Period described in clause 8.4 applies only to accounts listed on the Platform and purchased through the Platform. 8.6 The Customer shall be entitled to rely on the Warranty Period in relation to an account purchased through the Platform only in the following cases: 8.6(a) the received account is stolen; 8.6(b) the received account is subject to restrictions that were not disclosed by the Seller in the Offer description; 8.6(c) the received account does not contain the content promised in the Offer description; or 8.6(d) the Seller withheld material information about the account offered for sale. 8.7 In cases where material information about an account was withheld, and in any other irregularities relating to purchases made through the Platform, the matter shall be resolved through the Platform's arbitration procedure in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions. The refund policy is set out in the Terms of Service for Customers. 8.8 The Order shall be deemed completed, and the Seller's obligations shall be deemed fulfilled, upon expiry of the applicable Warranty Period. Where no Warranty Period applies, the Order shall be deemed completed when the Order status is marked as "done" on the Platform. 8.9 The Customer may extend the effective Warranty Period by purchasing a subscription on the Platform, where such option is made available by the Platform. 9. Rights of Sellers 9.1 The Seller may refuse to perform an Order only for a valid reason, including, without limitation, lack of Customer response, an error attributable to the Platform, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent proper performance. If the Seller refuses to perform an Order without a valid reason, the Seller may be liable to pay liquidated damages of up to the total value of the relevant Order. 9.2 The Seller shall be entitled to request the Platform's assistance in resolving disputes with a Customer. If the Seller and the Customer are unable to reach an arrangement, the Platform may assist in settling the dispute or determining the further handling of the Order. Where appropriate, the Platform may propose that the Customer selects another Seller or may otherwise deal with the Order in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and the Rules. 9.3 If the Customer changes the Seller or cancels the Order due to the Seller's disrespectful, abusive or otherwise improper conduct towards the Customer, the Platform may impose a contractual penalty on the Seller in the amount of USD 10. 10. Prices 10.1 Prices for the products and/or services are communicated to the Seller and accepted by the Seller in the context of the listing and performance of Offers and Orders on the Platform. All prices are stated in USD and include VAT at the applicable rate, unless expressly stated otherwise. 11. Payment and withdrawal of funds 11.1 The Seller shall be entitled to withdraw remuneration upon expiry of the applicable Warranty Period. If no Warranty Period applies, the Seller shall be entitled to withdraw remuneration once the Order status has been marked as "done" on the Platform. 11.2 In the event of a refund, chargeback, complaint or any claim by the Customer, the Platform may withhold payment and/or require the Seller to refund any amount that has been returned or credited to the Customer. 11.3 The Seller shall be solely responsible for the payment of commissions charged by payment service providers in connection with funds withdrawal. The amount of the commission depends on the selected withdrawal method. The maximum commission is USD 500 per transaction. 11.4 A withdrawal request shall be processed within 2 (two) working days from the date of submission of the request. 12. Refunds 12.1 In the event of any refund, payment service providers may charge a relevant commission depending on the payment method used. Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, the Customer shall be responsible for the payment of such commissions. 12.2 In the event of any refund, a payment fee of 10% may be withheld from the refunded amount. This amount reflects the payment provider's processing fee. The Platform shall be entitled to retain such fee to the extent permitted under applicable law and the General Terms and Conditions. 12.3 A decision regarding a refund request shall be provided within 5 to 7 working days from the date on which the request is submitted. 12.4 The processing time for a refund depends on the payment method used. The status of the refund should be checked directly with the relevant payment method provider. 12.5 The refund shall be made to the same payment method that was used to make the original payment, unless otherwise required by law or permitted by the relevant payment provider. 12.6 No refund shall be issued where the Order has been properly and fully performed and delivered to the Customer. 12.7 If an Order is incomplete, the Customer shall be entitled to a partial refund proportionate to the degree of non-performance, as evaluated by the Platform in accordance with the circumstances of the case. 12.8 In the event of any refund dispute, the Seller may be required to provide appropriate evidence confirming that the delivered products and/or services conform to the description contained in the Offer and are free from the non-conformities alleged by the Customer.
