I finally found a game that got me to stop playing Cities: Skylines lol The level of fun with Project Highrise increased exponentially with this first DLC. The hotel, venues and their associated services and specialties

So they switched from creeping grime to excessive unrelenting impossible to mute noise in the buildings because the Devs think it's "fun" and make a nice puzzle and we shouldn't want to play without roadblocks. Horse
