Description

Deploy 8 brand-new units with the Rampage Pack on the battlefields of Gladius Prime.

The new units will bring a new offensive layer and will unlock new strategic options for commanders.

Adepta Sororitas - Seraphim

"Jump infantry equipped with potent hand flamers.”

The Seraphim fight in the Adepta Sororitas’ advanced guard. Only Battle Sisters with exceptional dexterity are selected to join their ranks, firing with pinpoint accuracy while moving at great speeds. They must be able to land with incredible precision, cut down foes and retreat within a few heartbeats.

Orks - Kommandos

"Melee unit specialized in infiltration and elimination of priority targets."

Where most Orks love getting stuck in with a minimum of muckin’ about, Kommandos take the average Ork’s low cunning to the extreme. Rather than run at an enemy yelling, they would rather sneak up and stick a dagger through their victim’s ribs. Their greatest satisfaction is the thump of exploding ammo dumps or the screams of enemies as stikkbombs clatter into their barracks. Other Orks grumble, calling it ‘un-Orky’, but can’t deny its effectiveness.

Adeptus Mechanicus - Armiger Helverin

"Long-range heavy walker."

These smaller Imperial Knights act as highly mobile gun platforms, equipped with paired long-range autocannons. Their pilots are lower-ranking nobles that act as Bondsmen to Knights Preceptor and are often seen working in groups of three to focus their firepower.

Tyranids - Genestealers

"Elite infiltration melee unit."

Encountered long before the Tyranids, Genestealer infestations have been a thorn in the Imperium’s side for millenia. In battle, this xenos is a swift and powerful predator with lightning-fast reflexes and serrated claws that can tear through even the thickest of armour. Genestealers also have large, highly adaptive brains and possess a form of brood telepathy that allows them to function with full independence from the Hive Mind. This autonomy allows them to destroy through stealth and guile that which cannot be defeated through numbers alone.

T’au - Krootox Rampagers

"Disruptive melee infantry."

Terrifying skirmish cavalry, Krootox Rampagers combine the aggression and agility of juvenile Krootox with the vicious skill and cunning of a Kroot rider - if the latter can hold on as the Krootox plunges into the enemy.

Necrons - Hexmark Destroyer

"Short range specialist able to teleport."

A Hexmark Destroyer was once a Deathmark, before it fell to the Destroyer Curse and joined a Destroyer Cult. Now each one is like a mobile gun battery, all but unrivalled in close-range firepower and able to blast its way through hordes of enemy infantry with impunity.

Astra Militarum - Deathstrike

"Long-range artillery vehicle carrying a single, destructive missile."

The sanctioned use of a Deathstrike launcher – designated ‘Ordnance Extremis’ – is often an excessive measure to combat the Imperium’s most heinous enemies. Its huge Deathstrike missile can deliver the undiluted wrath of the Emperor to foes half a world away, and is capable of mounting various catastrophic payloads – such as the armour- sundering godspear warhead, fiery plasma barrage warhead, and warp-based vortex warhead.

Chaos Space Marines - Plague Marines

"Short-range heavy infantry unit carrying poisoned weapons."

Sworn to Nurgle’s service, Plague Marines are bloated with festering corruption, horrific disfigurements, and stinking, decayed bodies. Unlike many traitors from the Horus Heresy, their numbers have only swollen as the millennia have passed. In battle, the putrescent slime that oozes from their sores corrodes armour and boils away skin, and each blow of their corroded weapons brings horrible infection.

All the new units are cool, but Tau fans have been snubbed again. It's just disgusting laziness in the design of the faction. There are so many cool solutions and possible unit options for the Tau faction. But this

Copped this as soon as I saw the Admech Armiger Knight, these unit additions look great! However, one issue I have is that Genestealers don't interact with the neutral genestealer cultists in any way, which definitely

More Gladius! I will check it out this weekend. Initial impression. I'm excited about deathstrike missile. It's pretty funny in the lore. EDIT: The Missile knows where it is and where it isn't. Tested Deathstrike in

Why are some factions left out? These packs only come half a year. Frustrating!

Nice! Small steps towards Genestealer Cults and Imperial Knight factions? Yes please!

No Drukhari or Eldar units. I guess I shouldn't assume that DLCs will cover all races.
