Tabbing out of the game crashes it, but it doesn't close itself. The music still plays, and the screen is frozen. Steam Overlay won't open either. Trying to close the game with Alt F4 won't help, just the Task Manager.

Easily the best Civ game in the franchise, and so insanely addictive it's not even funny. One more turn... nah, just one more... okay, fine, I'll stop after this.... actually, one more won't hurt..... next minute; 4am.

I gave Civ VII a ride all the way to July 2026. 2000 hours of gameplay. Conclusion? Civ VI is a far better game.

Love the old school turn by turn mechanics of the game, having played from CivI to CivVII. Yo me this is one of the nest!
