If you looking for the complete Rise of the Tomb Raider, buy it! If you are only interested in the story of the game, skip it. - From that view, it has not much (more) to offer besides Temple of the Witch and Blood

Lara's Nightmare: Monsters can spawn behind you, kill you in two hits (their combos are three hits) and make no noise until they're attacking you. That last one falls into the same category of terrible as unskippable

The season pass for Rise of the Tomb Raider is definitely not worth getting because the two story based DLC's are both less than an hour long and are ok at best. Blood Ties is decent if you are interested in the story
