Maybe the second worst DLC of EU4 (Nothing is worse than the worst product in the history of Steam - EU4 Leviathan DLC). In this DLC you can find some small features worth 5 bucks. Cossack estate is quite good, Tengri
So there's some confusion with this DLC, first of all originally at release some 9 years ago now this DLC was required to use the Estates feature, this has since been added to the base game and been completely revamped
This one brought in estates, a major new mechanic to the game that would make this a must-have dlc. But that is now part of the game. Now, cossacks only add flavour to central and eastern asia. With it, golden horde
The "advanced culture change" should've honestly been a base game feature from release. Aside from that, I keep forgetting this DLC even exists. Don't bother with it or at the very least get it on a really good sale.
