About the Game

Sharpen your machete and load your shotgun: It's time to say hello to your old pal, Fred.

Arizona Sunshine® 2 cranks the intensity to eleven—this is VR survival at its most immersive, chaotic, and darkly funny.

Return to a scorching, overrun Arizona, where survival hinges on wits, reflexes, and how creatively you can dismember a zombie. Guided by your protagonist's razor-sharp sarcasm, embark on a story-driven campaign of discovery and despair across jaw-dropping, next-gen VR landscapes. The gore is more grotesque, the action more visceral, and every weapon feels terrifyingly real in your hands.

Buddy's more than emotional support—he’s a tactical advantage, fighting alongside you with fang and fury. And when you need human connection (or just someone to watch your back), jump into co-op. Whether it's sharing the full campaign with a partner or teaming up with up to four players in Horde mode, teamwork makes the apocalypse bearable.

Loneliness fades when the dead are everywhere—and your dog's ready to bite.

  • Forge a cinematic, emotionally charged bond with Buddy in a pulse-pounding VR survival journey

  • Feel every impact with immersive, physical weapon handling—from pumping shotguns to swinging machetes and igniting flamethrowers

  • Navigate stunning, next-gen VR environments, from sun-bleached deserts to ruined urban hells

  • Experiment with a revamped gore system—watch zombies react in real-time as you blast, burn, and butcher them

  • Relive the entire story campaign in 2-player co-op for double the chaos and courage

  • Test your mettle in 4-player Horde mode, with free additional maps launching throughout Year 1

Super fun. Killing zombies. Just made a new puppers friend. And, worth every minute. Getting more of a workout than I planned. But, that's good, too. I recommend to anyone who wants a fun zombie VR.

I had read a lot about this series, saw it on sale for $20 was psyched to try it. This game is terrible, all the zombie animations are exactly the same, the opening of the campaign explains the game controls poorly; and

Summary Arizona Sunshine 2 is the first VR game where I ignored the main mission for 20 minutes because I was busy playing fetch with Buddy. The zombies are trying to eat me alive and I’m over here throwing a tennis

Its pretty much what it says on the tin. They took the base mechanics from the original game, added a dog that introduces some quality of life improvements, and introduced new areas. The stories about what you'd expect,
