Every neighborhood carries its own identity and can become the backdrop for anything from routine mishaps to large-scale emergencies. The inhabitants of San Pelícano go about their daily lives and routines, and it is precisely these everyday moments that give rise to entirely new categories of incidents.

The moment dispatch sounds the alarm, you must bolt to your ambulance, hit the sirens, and tear through the streets to reach the emergency scene with every second counting. Only your sharpest driving instincts will get you through congested roads as you hunt for the fastest possible route. Every moment of delay could mean the difference between life and death!

Upon arriving at the scene, your first task is a thorough assessment of the situation to pinpoint exactly what each patient requires. Engage with them directly to piece together what happened, then conduct a series of essential evaluations using your extensive array of medical instruments to arrive at an accurate initial diagnosis. Be warned — patients may respond adversely to certain treatments due to allergies, and underlying health conditions can turn what seems like a straightforward case into something far more complex. The most critical patients will need to be loaded into the ambulance and rushed to the nearest hospital without delay. As your reputation grows, new districts will open up, bringing with them fresh challenges and additional tools to equip your ambulance.
