From the innovative minds behind the acclaimed Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator stands as the first simulation title to place you directly into every facet of a paramedic's demanding world. Your goal? Sprint to your ambulance and tear through city streets to reach the scene in time. Your duty? Assess the injured, deliver life-saving first aid, and make critical decisions on the spot. No two emergencies are alike — adaptability, speed, and precision are your most vital tools.
You have dedicated your life to protecting and preserving the lives of residents along the West Coast of the United States. The city unfolds across 3 richly varied Districts, each offering a distinctive landscape — from charming historic quarters and bustling business hubs to sprawling industrial zones. Every neighborhood carries its own character and its own risks, serving as the backdrop for both routine accidents and large-scale emergencies. The residents of San Pelícano go about their daily lives and routines, any one of which can unexpectedly spiral into a brand-new type of incident.
The moment dispatch sounds the alarm, every second counts. Bolt to your ambulance, hit the sirens, and carve a path through congested streets to arrive on scene as swiftly as possible. Sharp driving instincts and smart route planning will be the difference between life and death. There's no time to waste!
Upon arriving at the scene, you must take a careful, methodical approach to evaluate each patient's condition and determine the most appropriate course of treatment. Engage with victims to gather details about how the incident unfolded, then conduct a thorough examination using a wide array of medical instruments to form your initial diagnosis. Be mindful — patients may respond adversely to certain treatments due to allergies, and underlying health conditions can turn seemingly straightforward cases into complex challenges. Critical patients will need to be loaded into the ambulance and rushed to the nearest hospital without delay. As your reputation as a first responder grows, access to new districts will open up, presenting exhilarating new scenarios and granting you additional tools to stock your ambulance.
Without warning, catastrophic events can strike during your shift, pushing you to your absolute limits. When disaster unfolds, casualty numbers surge dramatically. You must systematically assess each patient and implement triage protocols based on the severity of their injuries. Agonizing moral dilemmas will arise, and the choices you make will have a direct bearing on who survives. Not every life can be saved — some decisions will haunt you. Do you have the mental fortitude to bear that weight?

I bought this game for the giggles since I am a Paramedic in real life, however I have some things to say. On the aspect of being a game, Ambulance Life runs rather poorly even on my 5060. It lags quite a bit, there's a
This game feels like a guy who was in paramedic class, failed it and decided to make a game while also pulling everything out of his ass. This is not a simulation game, this is an arcade game made for children.
I'm a paramedic and firefighter, so I know this game isn't realistic at all. It has bugs, the performance is shaky, and many medical details are just wrong. But somehow, it’s still fun to play. I can't really explain
Ambulance Life is the kind of game that makes you question both your career choices and your life choices, sometimes at the same time. It’s a paramedic simulator that somehow manages to be surprisingly fun while also
Amazing game! I love the connection between the real worlkd and EMT world. This game has taught me a lot, and helped me through my first aid course I took recently! Thank you!
I had to change graphics from ultra to medium on the game due to lag but tbh even at medium the graphics are still great. GPU and CPU was running at 100% on ultra, on medium GPU is at 15%-20%, CPU is 18%-25% unless its
