The residents of San Pelícano go about their daily routines and habits, any one of which can set off a brand-new chain of events requiring your immediate response.

The moment dispatch sends out the call, you must dash to your ambulance, flip on the sirens, and tear through the streets to reach the scene without a second to spare. Navigating congested roads and identifying the fastest route will demand every ounce of your driving ability. Every second counts — hesitation could cost a life.

Upon arriving at the scene, a thorough and methodical assessment of the situation awaits you. You must pinpoint the correct treatment for each individual patient by engaging with them directly — gathering details about how the accident unfolded and conducting a series of checks using the wide array of medical instruments at your disposal to form your initial diagnosis. Be cautious: certain patients may respond badly to specific treatments due to allergies, and pre-existing health conditions can turn what seems like a straightforward case into a complex challenge. The most critical patients will need to be loaded into the ambulance and transported to the nearest hospital without delay.
