Brought to you by the same innovative minds behind Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, Ambulance Life: A Paramedic Simulator stands as the very first simulation title to place you directly in the shoes of a paramedic — covering every dimension of the job. Your goal? Rush to emergency scenes behind the wheel of your ambulance. Your duty? Assess the wounded and deliver immediate first aid. No two emergencies are alike — you must think on your feet, make critical decisions under pressure, and act with both speed and precision.
You have pledged your career to protecting lives along the West Coast of the United States. The sprawling city is divided into 3 distinct Districts, each offering a rich variety of environments — from charming historic neighborhoods and bustling business centers to gritty industrial zones. Every district has its own character and can become the stage for both routine incidents and large-scale emergencies. The residents of San Pelícano go about their daily lives and routines, and at any moment, those routines can give rise to entirely new kinds of crises.
The moment dispatch sounds the alert, you must sprint to your ambulance, activate your siren, and tear through the streets to reach the scene without a second to spare. Every second counts as you weave through congested traffic, drawing on your driving expertise to find the fastest possible route. There is absolutely no time to waste!
Upon arriving at the scene, you must thoroughly evaluate the situation to pinpoint the correct treatment plan for every patient. Engage with victims to understand what happened and conduct a series of essential assessments using a wide array of medical instruments before arriving at your initial diagnosis. Be mindful — patients may react adversely to certain treatments due to allergies, and underlying health conditions can complicate what might otherwise seem like a straightforward case. The most critical patients will need to be loaded into the ambulance and rushed to the nearest hospital without delay. As your reputation grows, you'll earn assignments to new districts with increasingly challenging scenarios, and fresh tools will become available in your ambulance.
Mass casualty events can erupt without warning during your shifts, and you must be ready to answer the call. When disaster strikes, the number of victims can multiply rapidly. You'll need to methodically assess each patient and prioritize care based on the severity of their condition. Gut-wrenching moral dilemmas will emerge — ones that carry real consequences for your patients' survival. The weight of life-and-death decisions rests squarely on your shoulders. No matter how hard you try, some lives cannot be saved. Do you have what it takes to endure?

This game is extremely bad. I'm a paramedic and no this game does not even sort of resemble actual EMS work. But beyond that it's just terrible. The game has you unlock more options as you gain experience (which is
I bought this game for the giggles since I am a Paramedic in real life, however I have some things to say. On the aspect of being a game, Ambulance Life runs rather poorly even on my 5060. It lags quite a bit, there's a
I'm a real life paramedic. The game isn't very realistic when it comes to treating patients. Surely the dev's would use the correct treatments? its like something off 9-1-1
Ambulance Life is the kind of game that makes you question both your career choices and your life choices, sometimes at the same time. It’s a paramedic simulator that somehow manages to be surprisingly fun while also
Second what people with EMT / Paramedic experience say. the game is massively unrealistic. The calls you go to and then the scenarios they present. I would not be taking someone with "Stress" into hospital after my
Amazing game! I love the connection between the real worlkd and EMT world. This game has taught me a lot, and helped me through my first aid course I took recently! Thank you!
