Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

- Overview of the Affiliate Program
The EZArena Affiliate Program enables selected participants to earn compensation for promoting the EZArena Platform to gaming audiences worldwide. Earnings are generated by referring Users to the EZArena Platform and carrying out related promotional activities.
By enrolling in the EZArena Affiliate Program, you (including any staff, agents or subcontractors you engage) receive the right to carry out activities under the Program, subject to and in accordance with these Affiliate Terms and Conditions. Joining the Program and accepting these Affiliate Terms and Conditions creates a written agreement between you, as the Affiliate, and EZArena.
- Definitions
For the purposes of these Affiliate Terms and Conditions, the following terms are used:
“Affiliate” or “you” – a natural person or legal entity that wishes to participate in the Program on the basis of these Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
“Affiliate Link” – a hyperlink assigned to the Affiliate that contains a unique identifier of the Affiliate and is used by the Affiliate to invite Users to purchase Products on the Platform.
“Affiliate Panel” – the section of the Website associated with the Affiliate’s account, where the Affiliate can access information relevant to their participation in the Program.
“Affiliate Services” – the promotion of the EZArena Platform, referral of Users to the EZArena Platform and other related promotional activities.
“Affiliate T&Cs” – these Affiliate Terms and Conditions governing participation in the Program.
“EZArena” or “we” – Ezarena, legal entity code 432137, with its registered office at Anthimou Gazi, Egkomi Lefkosias 1090, Cyprus.
“EZArena T&Cs” – the general EZArena Terms and Conditions available at https://www.ezarena.com/legal/terms/.
“Platform” – the EZArena platform, which consists of the Website.
“Program” – the EZArena Affiliate Program described in these Affiliate T&Cs.
“Products” – digital and physical products offered for sale on the Platform.
“User” – any user of the Platform who purchases Products, whether or not they have registered an account.
“User Wallet” – payment details specified by a user, such as a bank account number, cryptocurrency wallet address or PayPal account data.
“Website” – the EZArena website located at www.ezarena.com.
- Requirements
3.1 To be eligible to apply for the Program and become an Affiliate, it is recommended that the applicant have:
3.1.1 An active profile or channel on at least one social media or live streaming platform (for example, Twitch, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter or a comparable service).
3.2 Meeting the recommendations in Section 3.1 does not automatically mean that the applicant will be accepted into the Program. EZArena will review and assess all applications individually, taking into account, among other things, the applicant’s promotion channels, target audience, follower numbers and similar criteria. EZArena reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any application for any reason.
3.3 EZArena may amend the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.1 at any time without prior notice to prospective Affiliates.
- Registration
4.1 To apply to participate in the Program, you must first create an EZArena user account in accordance with the EZArena T&Cs or log in to an existing EZArena user account.
4.2 To obtain Affiliate status, you must complete the Affiliate application form and provide information relevant to your intended activity as an Affiliate. This may include, without limitation, your full name, Affiliate name or nickname, details of your promotion channels (such as social media accounts, gaming-related websites and similar platforms), your target audience, previous experience as an affiliate, and any other information requested in the form.
4.3 After reviewing the information you submit, EZArena will either:
(i) inform you that your application to become an Affiliate has been declined, or
(ii) send you a welcome message with further instructions if your application is approved.
- Affiliate Duties
5.1 Once you are accepted and activated as an Affiliate, you will begin providing Affiliate Services to EZArena in accordance with these Affiliate T&Cs.
5.2 The Affiliate undertakes to comply with EZArena’s instructions and guidelines regarding marketing and promotional materials, which include, but are not limited to, the following:
5.2.1 The Affiliate is not permitted to promote EZArena via Google Shopping or Google Ads.
5.2.2 The Affiliate is not permitted to promote EZArena through websites that specialize in discount codes or coupons.
5.2.3 The Affiliate is obliged to follow any other instructions and guidelines communicated by EZArena via email or made available in the Affiliate Panel.
5.3 EZArena may revise the marketing-related instructions and guidelines at any time, either by amending these Affiliate T&Cs or by notifying Affiliates directly via email.
5.4 The Affiliate represents and warrants that all actions undertaken to advertise or promote the Platform will comply with applicable law, respect the rights of third parties (in particular intellectual property rights), and adhere to generally accepted standards of decency. The Affiliate further represents and warrants that they will not engage in conduct that could damage or negatively affect the reputation or goodwill of EZArena.
In particular, but without limitation, the Affiliate shall not:
5.4.1 Publish or place, in connection with the promotion of the Platform, any content that is or could reasonably be regarded as offensive, defamatory, harassing, abusive, racist, or otherwise unlawful.
5.4.2 Advertise the Platform or place the Affiliate Link on pornographic websites, websites glorifying violence, or websites that host or promote unlawful content (including, by way of example, racist, xenophobic, sexist or otherwise discriminatory content).
5.4.3 Use prohibited, deceptive or harmful techniques to promote websites, including the use of banned or restricted keywords contrary to applicable regulations.
5.4.4 Send, manipulate, exchange or overwrite cookies in a way that is unlawful or misleading.
5.4.5 Conduct email campaigns that may reasonably be considered spam or send emails to recipients who have not validly consented to receiving such communications.
5.4.6 Charge Users any additional fees for accessing or using the Platform, for purchasing Products, or for using any other EZArena services.
5.4.7 Engage in any other practices, directly or indirectly, that artificially or unfairly inflate the Affiliate’s commission or earnings.
- Commission and Payments
6.1 The Affiliate’s remuneration for participation in the Program consists of a commission calculated as a percentage of the total purchase price of Products bought by Users who were redirected to the Platform through the Affiliate Link. The exact percentage is determined individually between EZArena and the Affiliate.
6.2 The Affiliate is entitled to a commission for a particular purchase only if the User completes that purchase within 30 days from the moment they clicked on the Affiliate Link.
6.3 Affiliate earnings are paid to the User Wallet associated with the Affiliate’s account after a period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the User completed the purchase. Any refunds processed for Users during this 14‑day period will be deducted from the amount payable to the Affiliate.
6.4 The Affiliate may choose one of the following payout methods:
6.4.1 Withdraw earnings to a PayPal account specified in the Affiliate Panel. A withdrawal fee may apply, depending on the Affiliate’s country and the selected currency.
6.4.2 Withdraw earnings via bank transfer to a bank account specified by the Affiliate. A withdrawal fee may apply, depending on the Affiliate’s country and the selected currency.
6.4.3 Withdraw earnings to a cryptocurrency wallet using a wallet address indicated by the Affiliate. A withdrawal fee may apply, depending on the Affiliate’s country and the selected currency.
6.5 The minimum amount of accumulated earnings that the Affiliate may transfer to the User Wallet is 1 EUR.
6.6 EZArena reserves the right to exclude certain Products or categories of Products from commission at any time. Affiliates will be informed of such changes.
6.7 The following Products and/or categories of Products are excluded from commission and do not generate any earnings for Affiliates:
6.7.1 Electronic money vouchers and cards (e-money vouchers/cards).
- Liability
7.1 The Affiliate is responsible for any damage or loss suffered by EZArena that arises as a result of the Affiliate’s actions or omissions in connection with participation in the Program, the provision of Affiliate Services, or any breach of these Affiliate T&Cs.
7.2 The Affiliate shall indemnify and hold EZArena harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, damages, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising in particular from:
7.2.1 Any breach of these Affiliate T&Cs, the EZArena T&Cs, or any other agreements concluded between the parties.
7.2.2 Any breach of applicable laws, including but not limited to local affiliate marketing regulations and tax laws.
7.2.3 Any infringement of EZArena’s intellectual property rights or those of third parties.
7.3 The Affiliate acknowledges that profits from participation in the Program are not guaranteed. EZArena is not liable for any losses, costs or expenses incurred by the Affiliate, nor for the Affiliate’s failure to achieve actual or expected income or profits arising from participation in the Program.
7.4 Unless mandatory provisions of applicable law provide otherwise, EZArena’s liability towards the Affiliate is limited to a total amount not exceeding the commission and earnings that are due and payable to the Affiliate.
- Proprietary Rights
8.1 The Affiliate may use EZArena’s trademarks (including the EZArena name and logo) solely for the purpose of creating and using promotional content in connection with the provision of Affiliate Services, and only in accordance with these Affiliate T&Cs and any marketing guidelines or instructions issued by EZArena from time to time. Any such promotional content created by the Affiliate must receive EZArena’s prior written approval before it can be used. The Affiliate may not lawfully use such promotional content without that approval.
By creating or publishing any text, images, videos or other materials (including promotional content) in connection with the Affiliate Services, the Affiliate grants EZArena a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, sublicensable, royalty‑free licence, effective during and after the term of the Program and this agreement, to reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify and otherwise use such content for any marketing, promotional or internal business purposes, without any obligation to provide attribution or additional compensation to the Affiliate.
8.2 The Affiliate is not permitted to use, distribute, adapt or otherwise modify any trademarks, texts, images, videos, documents or other content owned by EZArena, except as strictly permitted within the scope of participation in the Program and the provision of Affiliate Services under these Affiliate T&Cs.
- Personal Data
9.1 Personal data and other personal information provided by the Affiliate to EZArena in connection with participation in the Program will be processed in accordance with the Affiliate Privacy Notice applicable at EZArena.
- Termination
10.1 Either party may terminate this agreement by notifying the other party via email at least 30 (thirty) days in advance. If the agreement is terminated under this clause:
10.1.1 The Affiliate account will be converted back to a standard EZArena User account.
10.1.2 The Affiliate Link will be deactivated.
10.1.3 The Affiliate will remain entitled to receive any outstanding earnings, in accordance with these Affiliate T&Cs.
10.2 If EZArena suspects or has reasonable evidence that the Affiliate has engaged in unlawful activities in the context of the Program, has breached these Affiliate T&Cs, or has otherwise harmed EZArena’s reputation or goodwill, EZArena may, with immediate effect:
10.2.1 Suspend the Affiliate’s account (in which case the Affiliate Link will be temporarily inactive).
10.2.2 Disable and delete the Affiliate’s account and thereby terminate this agreement.
10.2.3 Suspend any withdrawals of Affiliate earnings until the matter is fully clarified or resolved.
10.2.4 Unilaterally offset any pending Affiliate earnings against damages caused by the Affiliate.
- Final Provisions
11.1 EZArena reserves the right to amend these Affiliate T&Cs at any time. Affiliates will be informed of changes through the Affiliate Panel and/or by email at least 5 (five) days before the amendments take effect. If the Affiliate does not agree with the proposed changes, they have the right to terminate the agreement and withdraw from the Program.
11.2 Without EZArena’s prior consent, Affiliates are not allowed to assign or transfer their obligations, claims or rights under this agreement to any third party. The Affiliate agrees that EZArena may freely assign or transfer its own rights and obligations arising from this agreement to third parties. EZArena will inform Affiliates of such transfer on the Platform or via email.
11.3 These Affiliate T&Cs and the relationship between EZArena and the Affiliate in connection with the Program (including the conclusion, validity, invalidity, performance and termination of the agreement between EZArena and the Affiliate) are governed by and shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
11.4 Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Program and these Affiliate T&Cs, including any issues relating to their breach, termination or validity, shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus.
11.5 If these Affiliate T&Cs are translated into other languages and any discrepancies arise between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail, unless expressly stated otherwise or unless the inconsistency arises from differences required by the laws of a particular jurisdiction.
11.6 For any matters concerning the use of the Platform that are not specifically regulated by these Affiliate T&Cs, the EZArena T&Cs shall apply.
