X4 in general was moving into a good direction but Timelines is a step back. This does not belong into an X game. The missions are more like advanced tutorial/training missions where you are FORCED to do all the

You know those corporate training courses you have to do every now and again? This feels like the game version of that. Also AI voice acting. Don't pay money for this paid tutorial

Okay so this DLC has a lot of negativity, so lets brake it down. So the timelines are separate missions that play like "mini-games". Some take 2 mins and some around 30 mins, but they are not in the sandbox universe,

If I had played this right after the tutorials as recommended, I would have quit and refunded the basegame. Everything that makes X4 fun is not part of the missions. But I want the Odachi.

Timelines saps my will to play X4, as I have to spend time doing all of these missions I don't care about in order to unlock the content in the DLC. These missions are also completely outside of any normal save, so
