This is the Latin America DLC and that is all it is. No key features are locked behind this and no other countries from other parts of the world get much content from this. Latin America gets a very interesting start
Game still lacks stability, even after many updates. For example, with the latest version 1.9.2, you cannot click on certain tabs, unless you click on specific other tabs beforehand, which just shows how poorly
The DLC is lacking is a lot of aspects, and as the frist DLC for this game it'll probably be the worst one, as next DLCs will be better (if I am to believe that it'll be like HOI4's dev, tho this team actually cared a
For a discounted price its worth it. This DLC helps turns the nations of south america into sleeper nations that become powerhouses. Wouldnt play south america without this
Excellent events. It's fun to play outside of Europe, and to be encouraged to play the game in a different way (e.g. Coffee-based export economy rather than going straight for industrialisation).
One complaint you may have seen about Victoria 3 content packs is they make the featured country harder to play. I agree, but I would argue that is a feature not a bug. It makes the countries more interesting to play
