I put about 60 hours into this because I love the concept. On paper, this should be incredible. Medieval dynasty sim. Run businesses. Manipulate politics. Marry strategically. Destroy rival families over generations.
A Flawed but Incredibly Addictive Medieval Life Sim (370 Hours Later) After pouring nearly 400 hours into The Guild 3, I have seen the absolute best of what this game has to offer, as well as its most frustrating
The in-game mechanics are quite interesting, however. There are 3 body types, normal, chubby and obese. For a medieval game, it is extremely uncommon for the game to have 2/3 of the characters be overweight, you never
Sorely needed the treatment 'The Guild 2: Renaissance got'. Not a bad game, just an unfinished one. Shame devs jumped ship. Can't recommend it over its predecessor, unfortunately. Worth it on sale and on sale only.
There is some fun here, but it is a hot mess. NPC dynasties are able to not only attack you, but poison your business, burn down your business, etc... with no limits, even when you are just starting the game and unable
I really wanted to like it and overlook any issues so I could play co-op without a desync, but it just couldn't captivate me like Guild 2. They tried to do too much and never finished half of it. Everything is so
