The game itself is fantastic, don't let the negative review give you the wrong idea. The negative review is because they de-listed the original, and then upped the price a bunch for what is basically just the original

If you're a fan of Deus Ex, Prey , Bioshock and its immersive sim ilk ... then this is a must own / must play. I actually own and finished the original SS2 from way back in 1999 and this brought back many great

As an OG 1999 Windows 98 player, thank you for making this happen. Every single detail I notice in the remake stands out—most will miss them, but having played the original countless times, I feel this remake is highly

Every game I love has DNA rooted in System Shock 2. Its as if Shodan infected its virus onto every game to come in this game's wake.

Worth it even if you never played the first, but you'll get more out of it if you play System Shock Remake (or even better, Enhanced Edition). It's a masterpiece that looks and runs better than ever. Thank you, Nightdive

The OG ImSim. Plot is kinda mid. Atmosphere is really good as it should be in immersive sims. Gameplay is good too. RPG elements and combat progression is interesting and fitting the setting. Overall must play! Timeless
