This DLC really isn't meant for everybody. You won't gain additional playtime in this. It really only gives some new skins to you. And I'm just not a huge fan of skin packs. There is however a very nice art book too. It

Additional skins, additional music and a beautiful art book... Not exactly worth 10 bucks but great if you can pick it up in a bundle.

Unless youre really into looking at concept art I cannot recommend this for more than a few bucks. The small updates themselves are fine but the game content itself is nowhere near this money. Definately should be free
