Banana Blitz HD was originally hated because back when it came out in 2019, people wanted a remake of the original Super Monkey Ball games and Sega hinged that on Banana Blitz HD's success. But that is ancient history,
7.5/10 Good game. This game is good, but it can break you mentally if you're bad at video games (like me). The story mode is basic, the level designs are okay, and the soundtracks are good. The boss fights are mediocre.
This is a mediocre game turned into a decent/good game in this remastered edition. This was originally on the Wii using motion controls and it was awful, now that analog controls are allowed natively, it's a fun time.

if you are looking for just a casual monkey ball experience (with rather janky controls), then this will suffice just fine, but for any other purpose like completion, replayability, or side content, this game is lacking
