From the series, I have played WWI and American Civil War in addition to this. While this is probably the weakest of Strategic Command games, World at War is still fun and very much recommended. Pros: + Easy to learn,

Capitulated the USA through losses in the Pacific and Euopean Theaters+occupation of San Fran. in the regular campagin/scenario Didn't even get Hawaii ceded to Japan despite occupying it, also got hit with the oil
