The only real thing of value you'll get from this DLC are Titans, which are essentially giant flagships for your fleet. If that's worth $10-$20 for you, go for it. Marauder Empires add an extra mid-game crisis to deal
This is one of the essential DLCs for the game, and SHOULD be part of the game by default. If you have a limited budget ot DLCs this is a must buy.
While the content is good, there is not much of it. This DLC is way too expensive for what it adds to the game.
