Beginning in the Golden Era of the East India Company, you will help establish a vast railway system within the Indian subcontinent. Should you succeed, your network will become a roaring motor for growth, trade, administration and military control over India. However, a few decades later, the grip of the East India Company is waning. Work together with the British Crown while forging your own path for a prosperous railway infrastructure in the west.
A new look: Railway Empire 2 – India takes players into the vast Indian subcontinent, filled to the brim with exotic and colourful treasures and buzzing mega-cities that wait to be explored.
Steaming Goodness: Utilize 4 new authentic Indian locomotives such as the “Fairy Queen” and the BNR class N, plus 5 imported locomotives that are reimagined to fit the new region.
Bangalore, Calcutta and Bombay: The DLC introduces 3 comprehensive, fully voiced scenarios, “Foreign Regency” (starting 1840), “Karmic Justice” (starting 1854) and “Colours of India” (1865).
Explore & Expand: Plough through the vastness of the Indian countryside with the regional map "India" – playable as one huge map and 4 detailed map sections.

The weakest of the DLC so far since it did not add any new mechanics other than the scenarios themselves. The other two DLC added luxury lines and electric trains that could be used beyond their respective DLC scenarios.
It's one of the harder DLCs, but I can say that I enjoyed playing it quite a bit. There are three scenarios, and the third one is probably the hardest of all, just because of the rather problematically placed starting
Here's the deal. I have not played this DLC yet but I am giving a thumb up to it anyway. The reason: This game has hit a home run with me and I am giving it multiple thumbs up because of how well designed and fun to
