- The Age of Electrification: Railway Empire 2 – High Voltage vaults players into a new age, as the Steam behemoths begin to lose ground to the new electric power houses of the era.

The scenarios are fine but the overhead wire mechanic is a PAIN IN THE A. adding a spur, supply tower, cross, or really ANY track modification breaks electric routes since it requires you to add lines to the new track

This is a nice addition to an amazing game. In addition to the new content, I like the UI tweaks that are included but aren't documented. There is now a rolling weekly balance figure available that is very useful.

Great DLC. Was about time to bring electrification to RW2. Pity you can't use electric trains in older scenarios - maybe that can be fixed?

'High Voltage' is a big step up from the previous DLC, and a great addition to the game. For your money you get a lot more than in the previous DLC. Here's a quick breakdown: New map(s): We're in Switzerland this time

I really liked this DLC, the maps and scenarios were challenging although it was nice to not have to use supply depots everywhere because the electric trains don't need them. It allowed more easier throughput everywhere
