Key Features

Return to Reform

New programs, such as Animal Therapy, Meetings with civilians, and Conflict Resolution classes led by former prisoners can remove an inmate's negative traits and see improved behaviors.

Good Behavior

Inmates can have their sentences reduced or increased based on their actions and reoffenders can now be sent back to prison. Players will be rewarded for each rehabilitated inmate and fined for each reoffender.

Room for Improvement

Inmates with existing or earned work credentials can become vendors to both prisoners and visitors in inmate-run rooms, including a Bakery and Restaurant.

Back to Society

Inmates can earn work experience by partaking in different work and training programs.

If you're buying this solely for the restaurant and bakery rooms the DLC adds, save your money. Both rooms have "Customer service/Cooking skill" Requirements and as a result assigning prisoners to work these rooms via

Re-offending fines completely break you. Yes Paradox I would love to build more reform focused buildings in my prison but I can't afford it due to all the reoffending fines you keep slapping me with.

Extremely disappointing. I LOVE the Rehab programs. BUT THE RE-OFFENDING FINES????? They are brutal. getting hit with -$5000 daily when you don't even have 50 prisoners and aren't even on the second week is just unfair.

this dlc actively harms my enjoyment of the game by issuing $5000 fines every time a prisoner is released and reoffends. min sec prisoners usually arrive at your prison with a prison sentence averaging around 7 years,

This DLC makes no sense, and is horrifically unbalanced and rigid. It just totally breaks the game. $1,000 reward for a prisoner reforming. -$5,000 fine for every prisoner that re-offends. There is no difficulty
