Fighting the invaders is like fighting a hydra: you cut off one head, and in its place two new ones immediately grow. But that’s no reason to give up! Return to the Eastern Front in this DLC featuring customizable scenarios, new maps and a new game mode!

The Partisans 1941 – Back Into Battle DLC allows you to customize and approach missions in your own way in Missions Mode. Choose from seven brand new missions, then set yourself a challenge with the modifier system. Create your dream team of Partisans, then customize and outfit them freely to suit your strategy. Use this new freedom wisely: the new challenges will be a real test of your skills as Partisan commander!

On top of that, the DLC introduces “Heroic Defense” mode. Overwhelming enemy forces, scarce resources, one Partisan position to defend: How long can you hold the line in this all new, tough as nails wave-defense mode?

I'm sure the mission design and all is good but the pre-deployment is hugely tedious. Every new mission you get to respec and re-arm all 4 partisans with no apparent ability to save/load their configurations. Not tied

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this DLC because this game has way too many annoying bugs. There is no campaign, only arcade like missions, which you can modulate to be unrealistically hard. And which maybe would

In all honesty I'm a bit disappointed with the DLC- was looking forward to new maps after loving the base game, but these can only be accessed through 'mission mode', which means building up your beloved Partisans'

Was really hoping it would have been 7 new missions in a mini-campaign. But instead its more like new challenges, that dosen't have any connection to the storyline you made. It works as a mode for testing out builds

This is not an "expansion", it is a "mission pack", with nearly zero connection to the story of the main game. There is no sandbox mode.

I enjoyed this game. I wish it was longer, you get 6 or 7 operatives to work with but most missions only allow you to use 3, so it feels like you don't get to use them all to their advantages. I think a few mission that
