This game is simply FUN. Not only is it fun, it's shockingly tense. I had a fun fight playing as Usopp against Boa Hancock. Think about that. The coliseum is great too. This game takes place during the Doffy arc, but

Awfully grindy; its repetitiveness eclipses the journey. What defines One Piece is the tenderness of its adventure and the sense of variety that comes with discovery. None of that is present here, only clunky gameplay
