Description

Exhausters of life, Nidhog’s followers exploit thralls to fuel their ravenous economy and human sacrifice to produce their wicked dragon essence. This sinister power can ultimately run them into dragonkins, revealing their inhumanity.

Dreadful and draconian, Surtr used violence to take over the dragon’s clan. One-armed bringer of doom, he appeared in the flames of Muspell and will not respite until they cover the land of the Aesir.

The Nidhogg sacrificial pyre is the symbol of their power. They gain the blessings of their gods by giving thralls as offerings. They are also willing to throw their own as long as the sacrifice continues. If they don’t, this power might slip between their hands, and it won’t be long for a revolt to start.

With an ancient rite at their altars, simple villagers can become Dragonkins, ferocious warriors infused with the dragon essence. Who knows what those rites do to their humanity…And what more could they do.

  • You start with a sacrificial pyre, giving you temporary bonuses but requiring periodic sacrifices.
  • You can build Dragonkin Altars instead of other military camps.
  • You start with thralls, which collect food and can be assigned to buildings to increase the workers production.
  • Your civilians can go into neutral territory and suffer no happiness or production penalty for being wounded.

Fame 200: Reluctant Workforce

  • Receive new thralls. Your dragon essence gauge is extended and bonuses are increased.

Fame 500: Tenacious Grudge

  • You can train draconic nightmares by sending dragonkins to a dragonkin altar a second time.
  • Your dragon essence gauge reaches its maximum size and increases the value of the bonuses.

Summons a Draconic Jötunn.

I hate this faction I hate that I paid for it. The timer on this faction is insane. The fact that it speeds up as you go is stupid. At first when you own like 2 or 3 areas it's fine. When I have 10 areas and I am being

This clan is not great. While every clan in Northgard is unique and this one certainly feels different from all the others, there are some serious balancing issues here. The mechanics of the clan require you to

You like to win by military force and not care about which type of military to use? Get the Dragon DLC. They're currently the only ones who can capture neutrals to fight for you as well, which is pretty cool!

Very interesting and the concept is great. The execution however, is poorly done to say the least. Feels terrible Mid-Late game and early game is underwhelming. This clan doesnt do anything better when compared to other

I understand the sentiment of people being upset with so many clan dlc, but I think its important to look at how many big free content updates we've had like- conquest mode, Ragnarok, trading or ally faction reworks.

This clan has only like one way to win. Win within two years on the whole map or you're doomed. As the comments have said, it's 100% micromanagement with no long-term future growth. It's horrendous but there are
