Survive, Craft, Battle, Automate and Explore. Minicology lets you take to the stars and travel through a procedurally-generated universe of tiny planets! Build bases, defend against invasions, terraform worlds, and engineer factories that automatically farm and mine. Minicology encourages creative solutions to everything — from cultivating plants to fighting enemies!

Immerse yourself in a world where self-sufficiency is key. Gather valuable resources, grow your own crops and learn to automate any process. Use item pipes to automate processes and transfer materials around your base, hunt for food, harness energy, and secure your water source as you navigate the challenges of this miniature universe - but it doesn't stop there — get creative and construct a fully-fledged base, that can repel invaders and stand as a testament to your survival skills.

Mechanisms and components can be manufactured from basic raw materials — but some rare items can only be found by completing events or fighting enemies. As you venture further into deep space, 900+ items and 20+ different crafting stations will provide you with countless opportunities to progress. Set up auto-harvesters and harness the simulated water cycle to make sure you’re always stocked with food, wood, and materials for your next adventure — then set up an interstellar shipping network to launch your materials back home!

As you roam the cosmos, be careful that you don’t disturb the dangerous predators of the mini-verse. Well, actually, you’ll probably want to — they’ve got some of the best loot in the galaxy! Combat isn’t restricted to weapons. Players can change the weather, automate turrets, and harness chemistry to inflict damage on bosses or morph the world around you!

Fix your rocket and take to the skies. Diverse planet clusters with different biomes await you. Fly around an endless procedurally-generated universe and expand your horizons. Find new resources, fight new bosses, and save planetary systems from certain doom by completing procedurally generated objectives. The universe is your oyster.

Minicology’s event system will keep you on your toes — each planet type has unique simulated weather and event rotations. A planet might not be the same the next time you visit! Meteor impacts will have you racing against the clock, while icy planets feature bitterly cold nights that leave you chasing for shelter — but certain rare materials will only be available during these dangerous events. Make sure you’re prepared!

  • Sandbox-style building & terraforming mechanics. Make your planet your way!
  • Survive by hunting, farming, or a mix of the two - just don't hunt a species into extinction!
  • Automate your base: pipe items from chests into furnaces, synthesize new materials, and irrigate your farms.
  • Dozens of unique events and objectives, ranging from meteor showers to boss battles
  • Massive procedural universe, with an objective system that keeps gameplay fresh
  • 8 Challenging boss battles
  • Craft accessories, armor and weapons to flesh out your build
  • Don't lose track of time! Immersive day/night cycle, with unique events tied to each!
  • And yes, the planets are actually round.
  • Your actions have consequences: animals can be driven to extinction, and players can trigger hazardous weather conditions

YES, but--- The UI is very clunky, and makes actions harder than they should be. I've found myself trying to map a dedicated jump button. Climbing is a pain so I spend a ridiculous amount of time trying to climb out of

A really fun survival crafting game, kinda like modded starbound but without npcs. Has a really interesting feature of having very basic ecosystems where things feed off of each other, and you can kinda kill off a biome

Would love to try the game but sadly playing on Ultra Wide (2560x1080) gets the game bugged and enemies don't spawn, first time seeing a game bugged because of the resolution. This is just a warning for people who use

It's very close to Terraria in gameplay. Very reminiscent of Starbound to be honest You basically go around mining things and killing things. There's a automation part to the whole crafting and base building like

Updated Review: It's a Terraria clone with a twist. Fix your ship and travel to new worlds Cute animations. Combat scales as you level and decreases as you lose levels. Some fights are optional. Ignore a mob or go for

There was an attempt. Kind of. The circular world design just doesn't work with the terrain being blocks. It feels extremely awkward. The UI is very clunky. For some reason scrolling through the hotbar is backwards?
