I remember playing this on my PS1 with all my CD game cases scattered around me on the floor. Definitely a game I used a PS5 controller to play. Nostalgia really hits home and makes me still appreciate these 2 gems even

Extremely weak for a "Remaster". The only benefit of buying this game is that you can now play Soul Reaver 1-2 without having to tamper with your game to get it to run on a modern PC. I'd reccomend ONLY buying it for

Soul reaver 1 is as awesome as ever, the inputs feel good, the story is incredible. Nothing substantial about this release other than visual update and quality of life and it makes 1 look like 2 which is a good thing

It's a great story. The remaster also looks pretty good. Scales in resolution, controllers work out of the box. Something that was a nightmare to get running on the old version. Seems to run stable too. Some textures

I just made this review to say that while I highly recommend trying the Legacy of Kain series, I strongly advise you to avoid Soul Reaver 2, because it’s utter garbage. It’s repetitive, bleak, has poor location variety
