EDIT: The dev left a comment that they had addressed my complaints. They addressed cards shaking everywhere and the board getting disarranged. Arguably addressed permadeath, except they made it a buyable that I have
The design choice of making Kalades eat items in use, even though there is plenty of other foods RUINS the game. It's almost imposible to get hives build, because if you don't get the bee early in the day, Kalades will
A cute Stacklands-like that alternates between the town management gameplay loop and short campaigns of Slay the Spire combat, for full card-based aesthetic synthesis. Since the recent patch, I consider the latter half
The updates made to the gamer are a huge improvement. Combat feels challenging but fair, the village building seems to be less punishing which means I have a bit more freedom to choose what I build. I'm kinda addicted
It combines two great games, stacklands and slay the spire and makes itself absolutely tedious and boring. How do I build the bridge? Where do I find the card? Not going to tell me, GREAT! I've done everything I can
The concept is good, and there is some definite charm. The card combat is only deep enough to hold your interest for a few fights, and the grind continues far beyond that. Your deck does not change much over the game
