1) Idea of making it paid DLC in the first place. 2) The speeches are way to long, which is completely redundant and stupid. The longest one lasts almost 9 minutes. There are three famous Churchill's speeches that

Every DLC in the game adds something positive to it. Not this. If you feel your experience is incomplete without this $5 waste of hard drive space, let me be the first to assure you that you can safely avoid this
