first off it has flaws, and is not perfect. But I find it quit enjoyable. I bout the game in 2020, and played it a little, but after following the totorial (its very helpfull) I was able to get alot of progress.

The ammount of DLC block most of the fun. If you want something with 75% of content blocked with DLC, sure buy it. Gold mining simulator 2 might have same stuff in there so take care what you buy.
