I became addicted to this game. I was having so much fun, maybe too much fun haha. I spent a lot of time playing and them BAM, instant progress wall. You're playing, having fun, and out of nowhere you just get slapped

Game Dev Tycoon depresses me. It's not a bad game per se, but it forces you into a loop of creating only Minimum Viable Products if you want to play optimally. Unlike Kairosoft's Game Dev Story, there is no putting 100%
