I'm just thumbing this down because these DLCs not detailing exactly what they include on their pages ended up wasting a couple hours of my time and forced me to deal with Steam support to make sure I wasn't getting

It says that the fighterz pass is already in steam library! But I dont see the characters! They are not unlocked! I have the ultimate version!
