They revere the demon warrior Sparda, who as their god fought to protect humans, and are committed to the extermination of all demons. Nero, a young knight from the Order, is tasked with finding Dante, the mysterious assassin who murdered the head of the Order of the Sword. At the same time, more demons begin to appear throughout the city. Nero will soon come to discover the motives behind Dante's appearance and the truth behind the intentions of the Order of the Sword.

- Lady, in her first playable appearance, specializes in long-distance, powerful attacks. Using the Kalina Ann rocket launcher, a grappling wire, and a variety of awesome guns, she can fight with grace and ease.
- Trish utilizes the demonic sword Sparda to perform a wide variety of combos. The Sparda can even home in on and attack enemies autonomously while Trish fights in tandem!

Lets rock! This game would be perfect if it was just longer and didn't re-use the first half of the game as the 2nd half only in reverse. Virgil is totally broken as he should be. great game 9/10

All devil may cry games are amazing! Even the dmc one... But DMC4 i don't know... has a vibe i don't like. Kind of boring kind of repetitive. Too much castle too much of the same enemies. I never liked this one... I

This is a fantastic game but currently on most modern machines it will crash on startup, meaning it is unplayable. Capcom does not seem to care about this at all since this has been a known issue for a while. I needed

I had to adjust the PC settings quite a bit, the cutscene in Mission 12 (I think) crashed the game, not sure why-I lowered the resolution and it seemed to fix the problem. Game is great on console, probably just a pc
