About the Game

Can you survive?

Dead Estate is a gory, fast-paced, challenging, rogue-like shooter with a heavy emphasis on Halloween and other horror influences. Ascend the floors of a monster-filled mansion with 10 unique characters, collecting loads of items and weapons, tackle grueling challenges, and discover secrets and unlockables along the way!

Beware of the lurking threats on every floor -- some are especially persistent...

High replayability!

  • 10 playable characters, each with distinct playstyles and 4 Costumes each

  • 150 weapons and 300 items to make each run unique

  • Explore the vast complexity of the Estate - discovering alternate floors & floor variants

  • An isometric style with compact rooms designed for tense, close-quarters combat

  • Try a looped run, or varying difficulty levels to push your skills

  • Blessing & Curse run modifiers to maximize replayability

  • 20 custom Challenge Runs

  • A bounty of secrets to be discovered, and many more to be unlocked

Assignment Anya

An entirely separate campaign inspired by classic survival horror games, set prior to the events of the main game. Play as Anya, a fledgling actress who finds herself helplessly lost in the mansion after her film crew is attacked by the undead.

Abandoned by her leading man and left alone with nothing but a mask to disguise herself with, Anya must escape the increasingly warped and deadly estate all on her own.

Controller support is included, but a keyboard + mouse is recommended for the best experience.

Saw this on youtube a few years back and I immediately grabbed it on steam because I saw two MASSIVE reasons to play it. First, it's an indie game Indeimaus made a video about and so far I had a blast playing all the

This is one of the greatest roguelike-bullet hell-dungeon crawlers of all time. The game has so much content for $15 it's like robbery. Perfect game for those who like a challenge, achievement hunting or a wacky

Roguelite shooters are a dime a dozen these days, but Dead Estate carved out its own little haunted corner of the genre by doing one simple thing differently: the isometric camera. That tilted angle changes everything.

A fantastic isometric roguelike, super easy to pick up and play when you have nothing else in mind. The guns are fun, the characters are quirky, and the items can be straight up busted in the best way possible.

This game is really fun, there is always so much to do no matter who you're playing as. Every win feels so much better than the last, every loss hits so hard. At no point is the game ever boring. And of course the

I'm a little late to the party but I guess I'm still the life of it. This game is probably what happens when you make for something small but it turns out to deliver a little more than expected.. so of course you go on
