I would not have bought this if it was not required for various mods. When you've already spent a hundred bucks on a game, purchasing pointless cosmetic content at such a high price feels ugly.

The whole game, you are looking at people; including yourself (ingame character) Without this, everybody with a close ethnicity looks the same, other than the chin and hair.
