Deluxe Edition is definitely misleading. Fundamentally, your gameplay experience only comes with five new landmarks. Each of these could've easily been included in any of the various creator packs for way cheaper. No

Not worth it considering that I almost never even use the five monuments as advertised... it's just not it. If you want the soundtrack and the Digital Art Book that comes with it, then yes I would definitely recommend

This isn't DLC. I remember playing cities skylines with Industry years ago, redownloaded and just have this. I'm not sure if there was a change at any point, but this content shouldn't have Deluxe anywhere in the name.
