The assets are nice looking, but these are not growable as I had seen mentioned. This is nothing more than just the same free assets people create to download to the game. I'm far from happy to pay for these, but more

This CCP expands your city with many new commercial buildings, something I personally think was always lacking in the base game. While the quality of these buildings is quite nice, there is still a lot of other options

An incredible DLC that feels like it should be part of the base game, similar to the train stations CCP. The new district style adds a bunch of character to your commercial district and the new unique buildings
