I rarely use those building so this DLC's useless to me. But it's still nice to have it. Not recommend if you aren't that kind of person who want to build everything in the games.

I was pleasantly surprised to find this DLC came with a fairly decent chunk of new assets. Most of them exist purely for adding variety and aesthetic to your cityscape, though they also include a couple of new utilities
