Yet another overhyped "spam stuff inside area to get it to level 5" DLC. What makes university prestige enough to be rated 5 stars? According to C:S developers, that's 72 grounskeeping buildings placed in a row.

The campuses bring more to babysit! Constant reminders of poor your school ranks is annoying. Sports arenas to mitigate wild swings in more traffic. All in all the new assets add a new dimension to the game.

Base game costs 50EUR, Paradox DLC come for 20EUR. So it is 40% of base game price and add about 5% of new content (and I am very generous here). Actually paradox never ever released any DLC to its games. What Paradox
