User reviews
The game kicks off strong with you running in a straight line back and forth, then you're playing a mini-game where you have to collect 8 notes while being chased by the world's loudest and slowest monster, after that
Brokenlore games feel like technical demos and thats it. I've purchased a few of them now and none of them really accomplish anything. Good at making trailers, but each of the games really fall short.
A really atmospheric psychological horror set in a mist covered Japanese village. The Gashadokuro as the main threat is a great choice and the looping labyrinth structure is awesome. The lore is interesting and connects
I was super excited to try this game out but it just crashes with a "fatal error" on the cutscene when you first get to the karaoke for seemingly no reason - no lag or frame drops.. just constant crashing. Really
I played this game for only an hour and what I can say is that if you are looking for just nightmare fuel with good jump scares and what not, this is not a game I would recommend. I was personally falling asleep due to
BrokenLore: LOW, more like BrokenGem In all seriousness, I do genuinely think this game is a rough gem. It does a lot very well and other things not so well. I saw some reviews saying this game is a walking simulator.
