This is most likely due to steams new rules if they are late on delivering they could be penalized. So, most likely, these will come out much sooner they just gave themselves a lot of wiggle room. People are so angry

A season pass with only four characters is laughable. Especially when considering there's more than 20 characters that could be added to this games roster. I absolutely love Bleach and would love to see more characters.
