Batman: The Enemy Within is definitely the best out of the two games. I would say it has better character development, and the fight scenes are immaculate. You also get a completely different perspective on the Joker

I really liked this game. The story is way better than the first season, and the villains are a lot better too. The Joker's character was the best part, he felt so different and actually felt like a fresh new villain.
