About the Game

Discover the luminous world of Gliese, a forgotten realm once ruled by an enigmatic ancient civilization and now pulsing with life through their sentient legacy—the Diokek. When peace is shattered by the rise of the vicious Hiltsik, a new hero must rise. Enter Astor, a courageous young warrior forged in the image of his creators, embarking on an epic quest to unravel the mystery behind their sudden vanishing millennia ago. Guided by the belief that the ancients left behind a vital key to salvation, Astor must traverse a world teeming with danger, magic, and forgotten truths.

Master devastating attacks, unlock mystical abilities and fluid combat combos, awaken legendary runic powers, and wield weapons of mythic strength as you obliterate waves of enemies. Journey across Gliese to reach the Monolith—a primordial structure charged with unfathomable energy—and face the dark force corrupting the planet from within. Will you heed the call and stand beside Astor in his destiny to save Gliese?

  • Battle through over 20 hours of main campaign and side content, facing 16 distinct enemies and conquering 10 epic boss encounters.
  • Wield 4 unique weapon types, develop dynamic combos, summon potent constructs, and forge your own path in combat.
  • Explore Gliese’s breathtaking biomes, unlock hidden side quests, and unearth relics left behind by the lost creators.
  • Push your limits in combat trials and take on New Game+ for intensified challenges and rewards.

Journey across the mystical planet of Gliese, where ancient temples, overgrown ruins, and majestic landscapes guard the secrets of a lost history. Empowered by ancient runic energy, shift between the material and spirit realms to unlock hidden pathways, solve intricate puzzles, and uncover forgotten truths that could determine the fate of a species.

Arm yourself with four powerful weapon classes and a diverse arsenal of special abilities to dominate fast-paced, intense combat. Chain together melee slashes, aerial assaults, and precise ranged strikes into seamless combos. Switch weapons on the fly—even mid-attack—to unleash critical follow-ups and adapt your strategy in real time. Your combat style, your rules.

Awaken the Runic Swarm—a primordial force harnessed by the ancients—to summon weapons, shields, and decoys in battle. Unleash charged runic finishers like the Wall Crush and Runic Cannon to devastate enemies, or call upon spectral allies to turn the tide. This ancient power is yours to command.

Astor’s journey is one of revelation and destiny. As he follows the trail of the vanished, he uncovers deeper truths about the origins of the Diokek—and questions his own purpose. Was he truly chosen to bring salvation, or could his actions lead to ruin? The ancient Monolith holds the final answers, awaiting only the worthy. Step into the legend. The fate of Gliese rests in your hands.

Ignore the neg reviews, this is a great game. Been playing on steam deck for a few hours now and its excellent. Really nice quests, combat and can even use a spider as a mount. 10/10 so far

A very commendable attempt at a character action Zelda-like for a new developer. Unfortunately the game isn’t good enough for me to recommend on its own merits. However I do recommend it on the basis of supporting a new

I tried to like this game, but I just couldn't. It's in the same ballpark as being a good game, but it's got a number of flaws that I can't get over: * "Mash Y to win" combat that is neither challenging nor fun, with

A solid 5/10 - there are bugs that happen often, like keeping you stuck inside the arena after completing it. The combat is really stiff, and you can't simply go back to the stages that you missed something, it makes

Astor: Blade of the Monolith looks like Zelda, but it plays like Devil May Cry with a huge emphasis on combat and upgrades. It's a very fun game that makes full use of its physics engine and lets you play it basically
