I find it comical when someone gives a bad review for crashing. Its not the update, otherwise everyone would complain. try removing your mods 1 at a time and starting the game. Its almost always a mod causing issues.

Scenery is good, but unlike other States this one is lacking on downtown areas. Omaha for example you can only loop around it, and the scale seems a lot smaller compared to the other state packs. Best to get when it is

They call them flyover states for a reason. At least the map is scaled, although 10 minutes of nothing but cornfields makes me think they should've gone with 1:40 or 1:50. It's made well, but there's ♥♥♥♥ all out here.
