Description

The moment has arrived to forge unity among divided factions and restore lasting peace to the fractured Star Union. Don the armor of the honorable Paladins belonging to the freshly formed Oathbound faction — warriors who pilot colossal mechs armed with devastating arc weapons, bound by a sacred oath to bring the galaxy together and preserve humanity's future. The destiny of the Star Union rests squarely on your shoulders!

New Features

New playable faction - The Oathbound: Standing as a beacon of virtue and righteousness in a galaxy ravaged by war, the Oathbound exist for one purpose — the salvation of mankind. This noble order of Paladins clad in towering battle suits wield formidable arc weapons in combat, bolstered by the enigmatic Seers whose rare gift of precognition allows them to bend the tide of any skirmish to their will.

New Campaign: Embark alongside the Oathbound on their solemn crusade to rescue humanity and lay the groundwork for a rising Empire! Command a courageous Paladin as she unravels the dark truths threatening her world. Seek out the legendary Grail Configuration to deliver the galaxy from ruin — or watch the final embers of human civilization extinguish forever.

Grail Configurations: Grails are extraordinary new landmark structures that provide valuable long-term bonuses when incorporated into your territory. Unlocked through the completion of multi-stage quests, these powerful constructs are essential components in building the mightiest and most prosperous empires the galaxy has ever seen.

Battle New Wildlife: Three fearsome new wildlife groups enter the battlefield! The Psionica are vampire-like creatures of rock that sustain themselves by consuming psychic energy; the Apostates are former Oathbound warriors who abandoned their sacred vows in pursuit of chaos; and the Mycelians are sentient mushrooms who have seized control of farming machinery, transforming themselves into dangerous cyborgs.

I really enjoy AoW Planetfall and its other expansions. This DLC I had to uninstall sadly, because the added faction is a ridiculous load of BS that kinda ruins the game for me. Playing against them is such a chore, all

I got it as it is supposedly last DLC to have them all, but to everybody that cares what they spend their money on I wouldnt recommend this. For 20 E you get new race - probably the most boring race they could think of

Best DLC so far. Oathbound are a great new faction. The best part though, is the Empire mode. Random maps are the best part of AoW games, and having a system to tie them together and level up things outside of the maps

A DLC thats worth to consider. Some people seems to not like the Oathbound Faction. Calling them weak or useless. I can vouch for it, they are most certainly not. Too many Players cant really handle melee based troops

The best dlc for planetfall. The Oathbound are a fantastic addition to the game with a heavy paladin battlesuit vibe to them. Combine that with the free update that added the amazing Galactic empires mode this dlc is a

Must-have. New race is a blast (basically Protoss + paladins). Lots of additions to the world. And a new game mode with a ton of replay value and some new RPG elements. This xpac rounds PF off beautifully.
