Description

When tranquility shatters aboard a Nile river cruise, it falls to the legendary detective Hercule Poirot — who happens to be among the passengers — to restore order. Across the water, a determined private investigator has been hot on a killer's trail, her pursuit carrying her through the streets of London, the shores of Majorca, the avenues of New York, and ultimately to the sands of Egypt.
Both paths converge at the iconic site of Abu Simbel, where two brilliant minds join forces to untangle a web of deception and intrigue. Yet this story reaches far beyond the pages of the original novel, delivering unexpected revelations and shocking twists — even for the most devoted Agatha Christie enthusiasts.

  • Dual Protagonists: Step into the shoes of both Hercule Poirot and Jane Royce, two investigators whose distinct viewpoints and separate storylines ultimately collide in a breathtaking finale.
  • Innovative Setting: Experience a richly crafted world rooted in the 1970s — an era defined by sweeping social transformation. Feminist movements, the rise of minority rights, and the loosening of societal constraints set the backdrop, all wrapped in the unmistakable aesthetic of disco clubs, bell-bottoms, and psychedelia, brought to life through a colorful cast of unforgettable characters.
  • Extended Storyline: Venture beyond the boundaries of the source material into a wholly original investigation that picks up where the book left off, guaranteeing fresh twists for longtime fans and first-time players alike.
  • Diverse Locations: Journey across a rich tapestry of destinations — from the sun-drenched banks of the Nile to the vibrant cityscapes of Majorca, London, and Cairo.

  • Enhanced Mindmap: Gather clues and forge connections between facts using a living, evolving mindmap that sharpens your deductions and propels the investigation forward.
  • Confrontation System: Arm yourself with hard evidence to challenge suspects directly, dismantle their alibis, and drag hidden truths into the light.
  • Character Profiles: Build comprehensive dossiers on every individual by carefully observing behavior and mining conversations for revealing details.

First 6 chapters are pretty rubbish and gets somewhat okay once the murder happens. The biggest weakness of this game is the doubling down on the dual protagonist system. It was a drag in the orient express too but this

Generally a decent game, but the parts where you play Jane drag on and aren't half as interesting as the Poirot parts. The game would have been fine with just the Poirot parts. The worst part is the epilogue. I

Not a very good game. Has a lot of non-sensical, non-detective puzzels like fixing a juke box or sterring a boat. The characters also all like transgender people. :) The movement of the characters is also quite cluncky.

Not as good as the first one, but still enjoyable enough. I still refuse to accept the main character is the actual Hercule Poirot but I've leant to acknowledge him. Setting the action in 1970s was a good idea, it was
