1348 Ex Voto is an exhilarating 3rd-person action-adventure title drawing inspiration from genre classics and the timeless tropes of chivalric tales.
Uncover a vivid reimagining of 14th-century Italy — a land torn apart by political turmoil and mass rural displacement. Outlaws, hired blades, and fanatical zealots roam freely, while deadly pestilence spreads its shadow across both villages and cities alike.
Engage in heart-pounding swordplay through cinematic combat rooted in Historical European Martial Arts, brought to life with the aid of skilled Performance Capture actors.
Harness Aeta's deep fighting expertise to outmaneuver and defeat foes by tactically switching between 2 distinct combat stances — one-handed and two-handed. Uncover skill books scattered throughout your journey to unlock fresh combo sequences and tailor Aeta's fighting style using interchangeable weapon components.
Traverse a breathtaking vision of 14th-century Italy — from rustic medieval hamlets and towering fortresses to the lush slopes of the Appennino and the enduring ruins of ancient Rome — all through the wandering gaze of a knight-errant. Scour every corner of the world to unearth trinkets and treasures waiting to be added to your collection.
"Bianca, you are all that is left to me… I shall save you. This, I vow."
Disappointed but not surprised. From the moment I saw the first trailer, I had a feeling something would be off about this game. It just promised too much. Beautiful visuals, dynamic animations, an engaging combat
If you ask me whether I think one should play this game, I would say "yes, but...". My problem is that I came with expectations, some understandable, others completely on me. One thing that I am not happy about, is that
I was interested in the game from its announcement but so far the game does not offer any patch notes to balance the gameplay. The fighting moves are repetitive and sometimes the controls seem to lag which can cost you
Just completed my 3rd run in order to clean up the "no death" playthrough achievement and I have to say, people have been way too hard on this game. The combat system is pretty fun once you've wrapped your head around
Had this game on my wishlist for a while and decided to hold off on buying it due to the reviews. After playing the game myself, I can confidently say many of the negative reviews are due to skill issues. Bottom Line Up
TLDR it's a 6/10 game. Game play: Basic with some depth but it's easy to master then becomes a repetitive. For a UE 5 game it looks and runs OK. Not great and not smooth all the time. Doesn't look as good as other games
