Forza Horizon 6: Full Player Home and Bonus List
Buying homes in Forza Horizon 6 is not just a bragging right for your friends; it also comes with a powerful boost that makes the game easier. Check out where these properties are located and what perks you get for purchasing them.
In a game as focused on car culture as Forza Horizon 6, it’s easy to think of player houses as mere showboating. Nothing could be further from the truth! From the first free spot to the grazed villa, every home in Forza Horizon 6 offers bonuses to enhance your Horizon festival experience. You can benefit from them even without setting the house as your main headquarters. Just owning it is enough.
Unlike the last game in the series, you do not unlock houses by winning Horizon events. Instead, they are tied to a separate progression path, Discover Japan. There are tonnes of ways to earn points – from knocking over little mascots along the roads, to winning street races. This way, you'll be unlocking more houses at a fairly steady pace as you progress through the game.
In this guide, we'll take a look at all available player houses and see exactly what bonuses you will receive for buying them.
Mei's House, Ohtani

Your first house in the game. Domain Mei is unlocked as soon as you set foot in Japan. Dealer (Wheeler) gives you a very important bonus as you would expect from a starting location. Allows trade-in cars at the Autoshow.
But you’re just a guest sleeping on the sofa here, so I guess you’ll move to something bigger and better soon.
